This skinsuit, branded as Adidas, was raced in by the 1995 team sprint and 2000 match sprint world champion, Jan Van Eijden. It is an example of great design, aesthetics and cutting edge technology of its day. It would grace any collection. It’s a piece of both German and British cycling history because, since his competition days Van Eijden has worked for British Cycling as a track sprint coach, and played a crucial part in a number of great victories for Team GB.
